TERMS OF PURCHASE

These terms define the procedure of ordering, effecting payment, delivering
(shipping), and returning goods or filing a complaint with regard to the goods
featured on our Web pages.

The Supplier (Seller) of book(s) is Publishing House adamić d.o.o., Rijeka,
and Buyer of merchandise is any visitor to the Internet Book Shop Adamić
who chooses at least one item, fills the electronic order form and sends it
to the Seller.

ORDERING

Orders are made via electronic order forms and are irrevocable. If Seller
does not have possibility to deliver all the ordered books, the Seller will
deliver those that are on hand. Along with the delivery of the book(s),
Seller will send e-mail notice to the Buyer on the predictable delivery term
of the remaining book(s).

 SHIPPING

Shipping of books in Croatia and abroad is carried out via mail

The books will be packed in a manner that prevents them to be damaged
through regular postal shipping operations. Upon receipt of book(s), Buyer
should carefully examine the shipment for any damage and immediately
make an official complaint to the postman delivering the parcel, or the Buyer
may refuse to accept a parcel that is visibly damaged.

 TERMS OF PAYMENT

·           in Croatia

 In Croatia the Buyer pays the cost of ordered book(s) to the Seller by
C.O.D. or by postal money order, on basis of Buyer’s order, which
copy he gets from Seller via e-mail. The price the Buyer has to pay is
presented as Your Price. The Seller covers shipping costs. In case the
Buyer orders goods C.O.D. and refuses to accept the parcel, the
Seller is entitled to charge the Buyer to reimburse the Seller for all
additional postal and handling expenses incurred.

The Buyer will effect payment by postal money order to direct
transfer account no. 2402006-1100249978, ERSTE BANKA, Rijeka,
with designation of the order number.

As regards legal entities, the Seller will on basis of order forward a
bill according to which payment is to be performed.

·           abroad

 The Buyer pays the cost of ordered book(s) to the Seller by postal
money order to foreign currency account no.
7001000-1141805, ERSTE banka, 51000 Rijeka, CROATIA,
with designation of the order number
or by credit card ( EC/MC, Amex, Diners i VISA ).

The price the Buyer has to pay is presented as
Your Price + shipping costs in EUR and USD.

The EUR and USD prices are fixed.

Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer in accordance with the
following pricelist:

REGULAR DELIVERY

- in Europe  - Delivery time 10 days       Price per parcel: 8$  8,96 EUR
- Worldwide - Delivery time 4-6 weeks Price per parcel: 8$   8,96 EUR

DELIVERY BY AIR MAIL

- Worldwide - Delivery time 15 days    Price per parcel:35$  39,20 EUR

 RETURN OF GOODS / CLAIMS

The Buyer has the right to return books to the Seller in the following cases:

-           Books that the Buyer did not order

-           Books that are faulty or damaged, but not as a result of shipping

The Seller will approve the return of goods by the Buyer upon receiving a
justified claim by telephone or in writing, along with instructions as to the
manner in which the books are to be returned. The Seller will reimburse
the Buyer for the postal cost of returning the books as well as for the
value of the books that cannot be replaced. The books will remain the
property of the Buyer until he has been fully reimbursed.
